Responsible for creating focused territory plans to nurture and develop opportunities to drive your revenue targets.
- Generating and managing revenue pipeline by identifying and winning profitable accounts in Banking and Insurance industry.
- Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with customer and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing clients’ business needs.
- Develop key strategies to create strong virtual team/resources to maximise sales within the assigned territory.
- Sell the product offerings and/or services by developing relationships with decision makers and individuals within the field, with sufficient knowledge regarding Huawei products and services.
- Engages effectively with other business domains within the company: Channel, Delivery, Sales Specialists, PR, Sales Operations and Marketing.
- Preparation and control of budgets/forecast/sales pipe-line.
- Actively build a strong network of contacts within partner companies.
- Taking ownership of sales proposals for the nominated accounts and ensuring that they are provided to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Must be presentable, articulate, reliable, committed and resilient.
- Strong consulting skills with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

- Proven sales success, client management, and service delivery experience.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ solutions sales and/or account management experience involving large, complex projects in the Banking/Finance Sector.
- Experience of working with clients with varying levels of technical understanding in different cultures.
