Job Description:
To provide an effective and efficient support service to theallocated executive/s, and contributing to divisional effectiveness and clientsatisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-boarding of new employees by arranging computer access, telephone access, parking, working station/office, stationery for new staff, and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders as part of their orientation
- Identify potential inter-departmental problems and escalate them to higher levels
- Manage relevant registers, such as asset registers, 3G access and allocation list, internal contact list
- Ensure the work environment enables employees to “live” the organization culture and values.
- Manager areas of critical compliance and actively manage non-conformance
- Actively participate in own professional development and career path
- Ensure achievement of own performance objectives
- Engage regularly with team or group problem-solving
- Attend relevant meetings and take minutes where required
- Align own behaviour with the organization culture and values
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to prioritize a wide a range of tasks
- Min 3 – 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role1 -2 years’ experience in successfully managing projects
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter and has a desire to learn
- MS Office advanced (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Teams)
- Ability to cultivate relationships
- Collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
