Job Responsibilities:
- The Head of Sales Inbound will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of the sales and the sales support call centre.
- The role reports to the Executive Head: Operations and serves as an integral member of the senior management team.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, board of directors, and staff
- Business Acumen
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ management experience in a direct Sales environment
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Proven track record of optimising direct sales cost structures.
- RE05 (Representative)
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organisational change and development within a growing organisation
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting and growing sales volumes.
- RE01 (Key Individual) will be beneficial
- Relevant qualification/certification
