Job Responsibilities:

  • The Head of Sales Inbound will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of the sales and the sales support call centre.
  • The role reports to the Executive Head: Operations and serves as an integral member of the senior management team.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, board of directors, and staff
  • Business Acumen
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years’ management experience in a direct Sales environment
  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
  • Proven track record of optimising direct sales cost structures.
  • RE05 (Representative)
  • Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organisational change and development within a growing organisation
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Proven track record of meeting and growing sales volumes.
  • RE01 (Key Individual) will be beneficial
  • Relevant qualification/certification
