Job Description:
The Business & Pricing Analyst will use his/her skills to make recommendations to help boost the business and provide relevant reporting tools to the entire organization (Cartier North America and HQ). This role will also play a key role in leading cross-category Marketing projects and be responsible for aligning outputs with the marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and improve the Marketing department reporting tools for all product lines
- Improve the reporting processes; build and deliver reports in the most effective and productive manner
- Deliver Marketing reports (and tools) for all product categories (Daily, Monthly sales, Novelties reports, etc.)
- Consolidate the North America monthly performance report; deliver consolidated dashboards and partner with all departments to provide 360-degree performance insights
- Deliver Monthly Flash preliminary product results and market comments before end of month (for CEO, Finance)
Job Requirements:
- Transversal coordination needed with strategic thinking and leadership
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Candidate should be a motivated team player with great organizational and analytical skills, initiative and capable of handling multiple task simultaneously
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in PowerBI and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
Qualification & Experience:
- 4-5 years of similar or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in relevant field preferred
