Job Description:
As the Advertising & Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving traffic into our stores and online for David Jones. With a focus on developing a holistic omni channel advertising and performance program, your objective will be to inspire our customers and delivering quantifiable impact to sales performance. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programs, you will work closely across all functions within our brand and communications teams, while engaging with a diverse mix of stakeholders right across our business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the paid media strategy alongside the Head of
- Management of all commercial relationships with media buyers and agencies
- Manage the media spend effectively to ensure commercial ROI objectives are met
- Responsible for all paid media advertising including social/digital, TV, outdoor, print, SEM, affiliates and radio
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver over and above expectations
- Management of the paid media calendar

Qualification & Experience:
- A results orientated and solution-focused mentality
- Ability to develop innovative integrated onmi channel media campaigns
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant marketing/business discipline
- Appreciation for luxury products and premium retailing
- Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholder group
- Experience managing volume and large scale events/partnership programs
- Proven commercial business acumen with strong financial awareness
- Extensive experience leading the media buy, paid advertising and SEM strategy including depth of knowledge in Google Analytics
