DMV Careers – Maintenance Aide

Job Description:

The reporting location for this position will be in Old Sacramento, Capital District Maintenance Shop, 111 I Street, Sacramento, CA  95814.

This position will work under the direction of the Park Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Aide shall perform various maintenance and housekeeping tasks, necessary to ensure that public health and safety standards are maintained. The Maintenance Aide cleans all park structures and facilities to include offices, restrooms, kiosks and storage areas and shop buildings, restocks restroom supplies, and picks up litter, collects and disposes of garbage. Operates gators and trucks to clean and maintain the park facilities and grounds.  Must be able to work in all weather conditions, holidays, weekends and special events.  This position is subject to live scan fingerprint clearance.

Job Requirements:
