Job Description:
To direct and plan the delivery of a complete contracts management service throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the successful completion and compliance of projects in accordance with contractual agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the contract management services function for the lifecycle of the project
- Lead and report on the provision of contracts administration services to the project
- Direct and lead the resolution of contractual disputes
- Lead and manage the contracts management resources
- Oversee the effective utilisation of contracts administration systems
- Manage compliance with all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHEQ) requirements.
