Job Responsibilities:

• The Senior Hydrogeologist is accountable for the hydrogeological and surface water support functions aimed at improving operations and defining the African resources
• Support collaboration between mine hydrogeology, geotechnical and operational teams across sites and regions ensuring the sharing of successful innovation and practice initiatives
• Provide both surface and ground water services to operations and projects
• Provide review and guidance to water management plans
• Assist with dewatering design and implementation plans
• Develop local groundwater and surface water models to support the operation in the budget and Life of Asset timeline
• Providing mentoring and support to the mine hydrogeology and hydrology teams across Glencore Copper operations
• Design and implementation of water monitoring technology across our operations
