The candidate must be able to perform all administrative duties , compile statistics, verify incorrect stats and correct from the source documents daily, weekly, monthly and records availability.
- File documents orderly and enables easy access to information. Assist with compiling of monthly statistics and preparation of presentations and taking minutes in monthly meetings. Attend trainings, meetings and any other administration duties as delegated from time to time by authorized personnel.
- Computer literacy certificate is essential, sound knowledge of Government policies namely, Batho Pele principles, Patients rights charter and 6 ministerial priorities. Good interpersonal relations, organized and time management. Ability to work under pressure and as a team, meet deadlines and be able to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of information management process and procedures of Data collation. Two years experience in hospital environment will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
