Job Description:
Render quality customer care, supervise staff living in the residence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Do daily floor inspections and identify maintenance issues and report to the Housekeeper Supervisor. Manage all aspects of accommodation, ensure security, confidentiality, privacy and safety of residents by locking up of the residence gates/ entrance at night. Perform any other duties as delegated by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure. Must have ability to work independently, be able to work night duty. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to read and write.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of Grade 6 , ABET level 2 or equivalent qualification.
