Job Description:
As the Outlets Manager at Hilton London Canary Wharf, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the Cinnamon Restaurant, Two Ruba Bar, Room Service and our Executive Lounge. Responsible for navigating the ever changing needs of our guests and team members and truly leading the way as the hotel occupancy increases. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and enjoys creating great experiences for both our guests and team members
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular team meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Recruit, manage, train and develop a diverse and outstanding team
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue in line with your strategic goals
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll and present results in monthly business reviews with other departmental heads and Hotel Leadership Team
Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations - Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop menus / concepts with the hotel / central team
Job Requirements:
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage standards whilst showing flair and creativity
- Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experiences
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Excellent grooming standards
- Calm under pressure and an efficient time manager
- A proven track record in delivering results
