As a Membership Sales Counselor, you will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that sales goals are met. We are looking for candidates that are passionate for fitness, disciplined, and competitive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with current members and prospective members
• Prospect potential new members
• Attain or exceed individual sales goals
• Responsible for new membership goals to reach company objectives
• Participate in community events for branding and lead generation

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Eager to learn and able to adapt in a changing environment
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Enjoys working in a team of 4-5
• Ability to meet sales goals and exceed them
• Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and friendly
• Professional appearance
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
