Job Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager, Information & Systems the post-holder will assist with the delivery, development and continuous improvement of HR systems and management information and working with stakeholders to improve the availability and quality of data to assist the School with its strategic objectives. The post-holder will also be working on the HR Division wide work programme looking at improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by HR through enhancing systems, processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- An individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude who can challenge the status quo and introduce leaner and more efficient ways of working for the Information & Systems Team, the HR Division and the wider School where appropriate.
- Previous experience of using HR systems and Business Intelligence tools are essential to the success of this role.
- The Post-holder will be required to support the HR Division and the School’s objectives in providing data that can be used across a varied landscape of systems and initiatives.
