Job Responsibilities:

  • Up for a new challenge, feel you can make a difference? The Brokers Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to fill the above-mentioned role. This job is focused on sales, the retention and profitable growth of allocated broker portfolios through the development and management of strong relationships with intermediaries and internal business partners. Ensure successful implementation and management of short-term initiatives
  • Facilitate the sales process and ensure that brokers deal with correct channels
  • Assist in identifying new potential brokers and opportunities for business growth
  • Support and Achieve sales strategy and business plan for the individual broker
  • Mange and oversee overall broker portfolio management
  • Growth of allocated broker portfolios
  • Awareness of competition and market information
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with brokers including business managers
  • Monthly report analysis of figures down to broker level

Job Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis process and statistics
  • Must have RE
  • Code 8/10 driver’s license

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience in managing a book or a portfolio of Brokers
  • Minimum 2 years Short term insurance technical underwriting knowledge
  • Must have own Vehicle
  • Grade 12/Standard 10/ NQF 4
  • Experience in achieving Sales targets
  • 5 to 6 years in a relationship management role within Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years Short term insurance technical product knowledge
