Job Requirements:

• four (4) or more years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent experience handling Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco licensing
• Associate degree in Paralegal/ Legal Studies or equivalent work experience
• at least three (3) years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent experience handling Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco licensing
• knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco licensing processes
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Access
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco laws and regulations for Publix’s operating states
• research and analytical skills
• knowledge of Florida Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco laws and regulations
• Certified Paralegal (CP) or Certified Legal Assistant (CLA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal/ Legal Studies or equivalent work experience
• knowledge of the Publix organization, including subsidiaries and Officer information
• knowledge of Florida Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco laws and regulations
• Certified Paralegal (CP) or Certified Legal Assistant (CLA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal/ Legal Studies or equivalent work experience
• knowledge of the Publix organization, including subsidiaries and Officer information
• planning, organizing and time management skills
