Job Description:

To provide a supportive role to the Contract Manager in ensuring that all contracts established within the Procurement Division are well managed and conducting tender advertisement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying SABC related tenders
  • Update contract register, load Supply Chain Management contracts on SAP
  • Checking the internal website to see if our tenders are being advertised there
  • Procuring services and goods for tender office e.g. advertising of tender in media
  • Support Business units with linking contract number in purchase requisitions
  • Collect new contracts and addendums from Business units

Job Requirements:

  • Management information systems (Limited)
  • Financial reporting (Limited)
  • Project accounting (Limited)
  • Financial management (Some Instances)
  • Business planning (Some Instances)

Qualification & Experience:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/ Logistics or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management environment
