Job Description:

Supervising data quality, data flow process and quality improvement of all data from site to HQ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and verify services and errors before sending to Data
• Monitor data quality and track errors
• Oversee management of the database.
• Work as link between field staff and MERL staff including data capturers
• Pull out active beneficiary reports to ensure all the previously served beneficiaries are not missed on a quarterly basis
• Assist MERL Manager with quarterly reporting where needed.
• Monitor data capturing backlogs and communicate red flags to MERL Manager
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Captures for data clean up.
• Identify and provide solutions for problems or risks with data flow, management, and communication.
• Assist with data capturing when needed.
• Track transfers and graduated beneficiaries.
• Lead Data Clean-up process
• Assign work to and supervise Data Capturers and other MERL team members
• Conduct data verification and validation; ensure that action items on Data Validation (DV) are executed.

• Driver’s licence
• Own vehicle

Qualification & Experience:

• 3-5 years in M&E
• Degree/Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) or Community Development or Research.
• Research background
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
