To capture information from hard copy to electronic system (i.e excel , SharePoint ) and ensure that the information that is captured is accurate and in good standard.
- Good Communication Skills
- Operates a variety of machines and equipment such as computer with a variety of system, keyboards, scanners, printers, and copy machines.
- Enter information from documents to be stored and transmitted
- Knowledge of specific computer software and programs for data entry tasks.
- Responsible for storing and filing completed information and maintaining records and files
- Reads the information and keys the data into the necessary fields
- Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness
- Enters data onto tapes or disks for later entry
- Ability to manage relationships between and within different operational
- Attention to Detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work Under pressure and under stressful conditions
- Understanding of word, excel and basic computer system;
- Strong Computer Literacy
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in data capturing
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency typing and excellent proof-reading skills
