Job Description:

Responsible for co-ordinating and processing administrative procedures in a retail branch to ensure accurate recording and reporting of business processes:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compile monthly statements for Head Office
  • Managing debtors and creditors
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Supervision of the cash office
  • General administrative duties
  • Handling of petty cash
  • Direct payment to suppliers
  • Manage leave and overtime applications of staff
  • Handling client queries and claims
  • Ordering of stock & stock control
  • Assisting with grv’s
  • Daily banking of cash office recons

Job Requirements:

  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of cash balancing as well as petty cash
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Packages)
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Relevant post-matric qualification

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Accounting Experience
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in a retail administrative environment. Two years must be as in a Supervisory administration position.
