Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the work executed by the high-end internal retouching team and the video editing team on the digital and social campaigns and brand initiatives produced by the Content Production team. Strong interpersonal skills required as this role is front facing with cross functional partners from the Creative and Marketing teams. Ability to adhere to and understand the Sephora aesthetic, creative guidelines, and to incorporate creative feedback into the work product is essential. Responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious “can-do” attitude
• Ability to pivot as projects evolve to continually problem solve to ensure projects are delivered on budget
• Attends Post KOs and creative feedback meetings
• Facilitate post production execution on fast paced timelines with high volume of complex deliverables
• Support the Sr Post Production Manager on multiple complex and overlapping projects internally and with external vendors (scoping, timelines, bidding, awarding, pre-pro, workload assessment, etc.)
• Ensures all stakeholders are aligned throughout projects and that all assets are delivered on schedule
• Traffic work between photography, creative, marketing, production and the post production team

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of production and post production process
• Thrives in an intensive, multi-tasking and hands-on environment.
• Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
• BA or BFA preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of Post Production experience
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
• Should be comfortable working under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects pop up daily
