Job Description:

Working within the UK Finance team and closely with the Senior Finance Analyst (Retail), the Assistant Finance Analyst (Retail) will be supporting the business with producing the UK Retail financial reporting each period and ensuring financial controls are operating effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting preparation and control of the UK Retail Stores and Online accounts on a periodic basis including accruals and prepayments.
• Assisting preparation and control of the UK Retail and Online budgets and Forecast (P+L).
• Ownership of UK Stores/Online Fixed Assets, working closely with the Commercial finance team and the business to ensure that the Fixed Asset
• Registers are appropriately maintained.
• Co-ordinating and consolidating the UK Stores/Online P+L in a timely manner on a periodic basis.
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that they carry no risk and are fully reconciled on a periodic basis in a timely manner.
• Ownership of UK concession stores debtor postings, to make sure all Debtor payments are collected, allocated accordingly and reconciled.

Job Requirements:

• Good team player
• Drive, enthusiasm and a proactive nature
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel
• Must be currently studying or has an interest in working towards an accountancy qualification.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Quality Focus and attention to detail – provide accurate analysis for senior stakeholders in a timely manner
• Strong accounting skills
