UJ Jobs – Faculty of Humanities Psychology Lecturer

The Department of Psychology is one of the largest in the Faculty of Humanities and draws students from several other faculties. The Department offers various modules at the undergraduate level, it also offers a comprehensive broad-based Honours degree as well as two coursework degrees at the Masters level. These latter coursework and mini-dissertation programmes lead to registration as either a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). The Department of Psychology also offers a Masters degree by dissertation and PhD programme. The Department has a vibrant research culture and hosts a number of public lectures and research events.
