Job Description:

Cabin Appearance Agents provide support to UGE’s clients by performing a variety of ground handling services. Agents may provide services to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard aircraft equipment, or within the station or terminal. Use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses. Sweep, shovel, or vacuum loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and remove containers from aircraft and other work areas. Perform required security searches of aircraft.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists, including security searches
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
• Exceed UGE customer service and safety standards
• Use personal protective equipment, including a face shield & hearing protection
• Ability to comprehend and execute defined safe universal precaution control procedures concerning handling blood-borne pathogens and other hazardous waste
• Fold blankets and store blankets and pillows in overhead compartments
• Provision service items such as blankets, pillows, amenity kits and magazines in designated locations onboard the aircraft with accuracy that meets the client’s appearance and quality control standards
• Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories, clean aircraft floor
• Clean galley, all seats, seat back pockets, tray tables and replace soiled magazines
